Thrill-seekers who are wearing Hearing Aids or Cochlear Implants can enjoy the full benefits of the Hearing Loop System at their main ticketing counter. Simply switch their Hearing Aids or Cochlear Implants to the ‘Telecoil’ setting. If their Telecoil mode is not configured or properly set-up, please do consult their audiologist for assistance.

Hearing Aid and Cochlear Implant users can benefit with the use of FM Systems. Simply head down to the information counter and request to loan out the FM System which has a neck loop. It has to be worn around the neck which generates a magnetic field which is then picked up by the Hearing Aid or Cochlear Implant, after being selected to the T-Coil or Telecoil Setting. If their Telecoil mode is not configured or properly set-up, please do advise them to consult their audiologist for assistance.

Hearing aid and cochlear implant users can find these systems at the Guest Service counter - located near the entrance of Bird Paradise, the Enquiries and Membership counter located at the Membership Area and also the Bird Paradise Classroom.

Hearing Loop Systems have been implemented in 5 Wake Halls on Level 5 and 6 respectively and 4 Wake Halls on Level 7. Cochlear Implant and Hearing Aid users are able to take full advantage of the Hearing Loop Systems implemented would have to switch ON their Telecoil mode to enjoy the benefits of the system. If their Telecoil mode is not configured or properly set-up, please do consult their audiologist for assistance.
