It has to be worn around the neck which generates a magnetic field which is then picked up by the Hearing Aid or Cochlear Implant, after being selected to the T-Coil or Telecoil Setting. If their Telecoil mode is not configured or properly set-up, please do advise them to consult their audiologist for assistance.

If their Telecoil mode is not configured or properly set-up, please do consult their audiologist for assistance.
