The Listening Lab is proud to have implemented Hearing Loop Systems for Bird Paradise in Mandai. Hearing aid and cochlear implant users can find these systems at the Guest Service counter - located near the entrance of Bird Paradise, the Enquiries and Membership counter located at the Membership Area and also the Bird Paradise Classroom.
Individuals with Hearing Aids or Cochlear Implants would be able to benefit from the Hearing Loop System when they switch to the ‘Telecoil’ setting. If their Telecoil mode is not configured or properly set-up, please do advise them to consult their audiologist for assistance.
